Effective April 1, 2026, Jensen Property Management is merging with ADARE Property Management. This transition brings together two aligned organizations while maintaining the relationships, knowledge, and standards our clients expect.

Sean Jensen remains in an ownership and partnership role with ADARE, bringing forward well over a decade of experience across commercial real estate, social housing, and hands‑on property ownership & management in the Kingston area. As a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (currently not practicing), Sean has actively represented numerous clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board, developing a strong, practical understanding of LTB policies, procedures, and most importantly, dispute resolution.

By combining this experience with ADARE’s established team and systems, the merger strengthens our ability to deliver compliant, proactive, and responsive property management—supporting property owners and tenants through a smooth transition and beyond.
